cityoflove acts as a middleman whose role is to connect the pleasure givers, in this case, the advertisers, with the clients. We have no involvement or approval of any activities or deals that the parties may have entered into. cityoflove is not responsible for the advertisers’ services, content, quality, or adherence to the law. The user carries out All such transactions at their own volition and on their responsibility.
Advertisers: cityoflove is just a medium and does not create content or posts that advertisers use. We just display ads and data given by the advertisers. It is the responsibility of advertisers to ensure that the content is not false, unlawful, or violates any of our T&Cs. Advertisers cannot post misleading, false, and pornographic content. Hence, the result can be a ban/suspension of the account.
Clients: The clients must investigate before engaging in any transaction with any advertiser. cityoflove does not warrant the accuracy and legitimacy of the services advertised by the third parties. Any suspicious activities or violations of the terms are encouraged to be reported by the clients.
cityoflove is not responsible for any activity between website users, including, but not limited to, transactions and agreements. The company also excludes warranties and liability for users' services. Several users noted that they interact with each other on their own accord and that cityoflove will not be responsible for any loss or harm arising from the communication.
cityoflove does not own any of the content posted on the site by users; ownership belongs to the creator. The advertisements that appear on cityoflove’s website provide the company with a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute content regarding the services they offer. Users cannot violate the patent rights, trademark rights, or copyrights of other people; the company does not assume any liability for the information posted by users.

If anyone uses or unknowingly does these prohibited activities, then this will result in suspension or cancellation of your account and legal action against you.
cityoflove also retains the right to remove or suspend your account with cityoflove at our discretion if you breach any of these terms or part thereof or are involved in any activities that are detrimental to the functionality of the platform. As for termination, you will stop using our services, and any other sections related to these terms will remain in effect.
